St. Margaret’s House Redevelopment Study

Options to maximize retail potential on the site of St. Margaret’s House were studied, a residential building with a library, thrift shop, conference rooms, and other community and administrative spaces.

The addition of a residential tower, and its impact on the retail component was also studies.
